I graduated from print journalism and wasn't doing anything with my diploma, so I decided to put my skills to good use with a blog. I chose to write about horror because that's the thing I'm most passionate about and it's easier to write about something you love.
Scrambled eggs, bacon and whole wheat toast with strawberry jam.
Fairly clean, I pretty much only swear when I'm angry.
Well, it's hard to choose, but I have to go with Michael - with Freddy close behind.
V.C. Andrews books.
R.L. Stine Book of the Week because I get to re-live my childhood through reading Goosebumps and Fear Street books. I haven't done one in awhile and I miss it. I'll try to do another one soon.
Bedbugs by Ben H. Winters
I like rock music. Classic rock, punk or indie, mostly. My favourite song at the moment is Helena Beat by Foster the People. My all-time favourite song is probably Self Esteem by The Offspring or Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. And my favourite bands are Billy Talent, The Ramones and Nirvana.
Pink. Despite my passion for horror films, I'm still a bit girly. I also like black, which is the colour of most of my clothes.
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I'm actually making it right now because I've been craving it for months. I haven't eaten homemade meatloaf in years.
The Amityville Horror (original) because it was the first horror movie I can remember seeing and it sparked my obsession. It might not be the greatest movie ever made, but as a child it really freaked me out.
A shotgun because it's been proven to be a useful weapon in several zombie movies.
"You don't win friends with salad." - words of wisdom from Homer Simpson
What are you going to be for Halloween?
-Well... we usually always do couples costumes, just because well I think it's more fun!!!! Last year we were Betelgeuse and Lidia and I think this year we were thinking about being the blues brothers or Dead Kurt and Courtney(some may get offended, but it's all in the arts people) Not sure yet :)
