Bell Peppers are very toxic to me ..... I would end up hospitalized.... other than that.... Looks like an interesting food... I like veggies anyway... they are still my favorite snack... ( my Mom used crackers)

It has the same texture as meatloaf. My mom and Cian's mom both made their meatloaf with oats, it's just to thicken, you can also use breadcrumbs
