The 40's and 50's themed Bridal shower
As you may have already noticed, I am in love with vintage and vintage living. I dress in vintage almost everyday and I'm always so fascinated my the fashion. How fun would it be to have you and your girlfriends dress up in your favorite era? Polka dots and pin curls here I come!
Alice in Wonderland/Tea Party Bridal Shower
Again, I am aware that you all know I have an AIW fascination. I can think of so many ideas and the beautiful tea set I would use. I can think of Alice themed food and decorations that would blow the guest's minds.

Both of these sound great. They seem like fun but civilised and aesthetically beautiful ways to celebrate a forthcoming marriage. Sadly the British "hen night" culture has deteriorated into the worst kind of occasion where where women seem to need to be as vulgar and lewd as possible and dress like models from an Ann Summers party. I have been to a couple of nice ones but they do seem to get hijacked by loud friends and family members who think bad veils with L plates and condoms attached are amusing...some times I'm ashamed to be British :-(
