I usually start with curry paste, fry it in oil along with your meat and longer-cooking vegetables, ginger etcetera. Then de-glaze with some fish sauce, and add the coconut milk. Lime leaves for sour bite.
Looks Nice ...but they cut back my food stamps to about $40.oo per month.... so most foods are now out of my price range...Things could always be worse ....Hope that you vacation we enjoyable... Your "fiend" and follower ...the Doctor
