Throwing A St Patty's party

Today I'm getting all my ducks in a row because on Sunday, we will be throwing a party for Cian's favorite holiday, St Patick's Day. So I'm trying to think of fun themed recipes and decorations.

Here's what I have in mind:

Guacamole chips (green)
Green Salsa (kind of like salsa verde, but pico style)
Jello shots (rainbow or green)
Shamrock shaped Cupcakes
Rainbow cupcakes made with rainbow stripes Sour Punches
Green Beer (cheap beer)
Yoda Soda (sprite&lime sherbet FYI makes great mixer!)
Green pasta salad (food coloring is a major part of St Patty's)

We've bought the alcohol and Beer already, big surprise right?
Irish Whiskey
Guinness
Killian's Irish Beer
Cheap Vodka (jello shots)

So as I round up some of my favorite recipes to incorporate into this fine holiday, I'll be sure to take pictures as I go for some tutorials.

We snagged some extra decorations from the dollar store last night, I got my wreath up and I'll be getting the rest of our clover-crap from the garage at some point today.
